You walk toward the crowbar guy and get a crowbar to the face. As if that wasn't enough, you also get a crowbar to the stomach. Then, to complete the crowbar trilogy, you get a crowbar to the back of the head and get knocked out. You wake up in some sort of secret base, but die from internal bleeding a moment later.
